Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

At Parish Footwear, we want to make the process easy and fast for you.

Size Exchange

If the size is not right, don't worry.

You can request an exchange within 7 days after receiving your order.

How does it work?

  1. Send the shoes back to our return address.

  2. Order your required size from our website.

  3. When we receive and check your returned shoes, we will send the payment of your returned item to your Bank Account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 24 hours.

This way, you will receive your new size faster without waiting for the exchange process.

The same process applies to Sale Items because some sizes may become out of stock.

Exchange Conditions

  • Shoes must be unused.

  • Original box, tags, stickers, and packing must be included.

  • The product must be in its original condition.

Return & Refund

If you want to return your order, you can do so within 7 days after delivery.

How does it work?

  1. Send the product to our return address.

  2. Once we receive and inspect it, we will refund your payment within 24 hours.

  3. Your refund can be sent to your Bank Account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

Return Conditions

  • The product must not be used.

  • The original box, tags, stickers, and packing must be included.

  • Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

Please send us:

  • Parcel opening video

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

After checking your claim, our support team will guide you through the next steps.

If we ask you to return the product, simply send it to our return address. After we receive and verify it, you can choose either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement product.
